Disability Support Workers
Premium Care Services (PCS) is looking for energetic and passionate Disability Support Workers to make a lasting difference in our participants' lives. The role requires experienced professionals to join our specialised team whose goal is to maintain a diverse range of participant-centred services — all designed to build a participant's capacity to engage with their communities.
Position requirements
- Transportation support
- Community, social & recreational activities
- Assistance with daily life activities
- Live-in care
- Assistance with self-care activities (showering, dressing, grooming & toilet assistance)
- Post hospital care
- Overnight care & 24-hour care
- Incidental domestic tasks
To be successful you will have
- Certificate III or IV in Disability
- Current manual handling and medication management (or willing to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone and internet access
- Working With Vulnerable People check
- Australian Police check
- Good interpersonal communication skills
